Mabon offer bespoke recruitment consultancy to a variety of high tech
industries including mobile telecoms & internet services. We specialise
in the more senior, usually commercial roles, such as Country Manager,
Sales/Marketing Director but also operational roles such as COO, Operations
Director, Technical Director etc.. Although this is
our core business, we are also adept at and very willing to find sales
managers, marketing people and technical staff. Our philosophy is that once
we have proven our abilities at any level with a client, we will go on to get
exclusive repeat business at the highest levels.
Your Needs
We like to provide a one stop shop for our clients so
that they don’t feel the need to go from one agency to another just
because the level of role is different. This means that they will always
receive the same high level of service regardless of the seniority of the
role on offer. We work on a mainly contingency basis, meaning that the client
pays nothing unless the assignment is completely successful. We advertise on
a large number of powerful recruitment websites and can find the right people
from anywhere in the world at short notice. Alternatively we can use our
network of high level contacts and extensive database to perform targeted
